Casey Donovan was the cover star of the 2025 special edition of Façon Magazine's Indigenous Storytellers Scholarship issue. She was also the 2025 mentor for the music finalist. The magazine issue highlights the finalists and mentors of the scholarship program, which supports emerging Indigenous creatives.
The Indigenous Storytellers Scholarship (or Djuyalgal Scholarship meaning ‘the one who is telling the story’ in the local Gathang language) is a program created by Façon Australia with support from Principal Sponsor, Greater Bank. The Scholarship’s mission is to nurture Indigenous expression and art, supporting the culture and creativity of Australia’s First Nations people.
