The Headset, the Hustle & the Magic

Most people think about the finer details when it comes to producing an event. It starts with the exciting stuff: what food we'll have, the colour of the napkins, what goes in the gift bags. All the good things.

In reality, those are just small details in a much, much bigger picture. Think creative direction, digital marketing plans, celebrity management, production schedules, supplier coordination. The big-league stuff. Lead with a solid plan, and you'll finish with a successful event.

Over the years, Façon has produced too many events to count. From scholarship presentations and outdoor runways to fundraising events, we've delivered experiences for 50 people and others for more than 350. Through all that experience, we've realised there's no escaping the work. No matter how large or small your event is, it takes time, careful planning, and a whole lot of hard work from a dedicated team.

If you've planned a wedding before, you'll know exactly what we mean.

The hours invested and the creative minds behind every decision are always worth it when you reach that moment. The moment you've spent five months planning. When everything finally falls into place. You know you've done something right when you actually get to feel like a guest at your own event, instead of being the person in the headset crying in the corner because someone forgot the dietary requirements.

One of the biggest mistakes you can make is putting yourself at the centre of producing your event while hoping everything will somehow fall into place on the day. Chances are, you're the reason the event exists. Don't spend months building something incredible only to become the busiest, most stressed, and most distracted person in the room when it finally happens.

Let us get our hands dirty instead.

We're here for all of it. The styling, the guest list, the public relations plan, ready to create an event so successful you'll want to do it all again instead of being scarred for life.

Bring us your vision, your mission, and your why, and we'll take care of the rest.
